The Digilife Service Department
located at 392 Oxford Street, Mount Hawthorn. You can also drop off and pick up service jobs at any Digilife retail location, but if you want the speediest service possible, we recommend you bring it straight to our Service Department.
Fees and Charges
Service Charges

If we test your equipment for faults and none are found or the faults are due to user error of software, then service is NOT covered under warranty and service charges will apply. |

Warranty does not cover:
- Installation, removal, or disposal of the Covered Equipment, or installation, removal, repair or
maintenance of non-covered Equipment (including accessories, attachments or other devices such as
external modems) or electrical service external to the Covered Equipment;
- Damage due to accident, abuse, neglect, misuse (including faulty installation, repair or maintenance by anyone other than the manufacturers Authorised Service Provided), unauthorized modification, improper environment (including lack of proper temperature or humidity), unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, or natural disasters;
- Any equipment with a serial number that has been altered or removed;
- Problems caused by a device that is not the Covered Equipment, including equipment that is not manufacturer branded, whether or not purchased at the same time as the Covered Equipment;
- Recovery or replacement of any data or software stored on the Covered Equipment;
- Repair, replacement or maintenance of items that have been subject to wear and tear, such as cases, key caps, knobs, handles, batteries or mechanical parts.
- The provision of replacement equipment during the period when the Covered Equipment is being repaired.
Disclaimer. Whilst all care is taken whilst items are in our service workshop no responsibility is taken. Items will be worked on by a fully qualified Apple Service Technician or staff who will work under the supervision of a fully qualified Apple Service Technician. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure backups are made of any data on any hard drive prior to any service work being done. ITQ Pty Ltd will accept no responsibility for corrupt data
